Terms of Service
By using Talqo, you agree to these terms. The key points: you own your data, we own the platform, transcripts are discarded after processing, and you must not misuse the service. Questions? hello@talqo.dk
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Talqo platform and talqo.dk, operated by Chad Kalik trading as Talqo, registered in Denmark (CVR: 39829630). By accessing or using Talqo, you agree to these terms. If you are using Talqo on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
Talqo is a sales intelligence platform that processes call transcripts to generate structured commercial output including call summaries, methodology scoring (MEDDIC, BANT, SPIN), action items, rep coaching notes, and manager analysis.
The platform is provided as a commercial service. Access is granted on the basis of a subscription or pilot agreement between you and Talqo.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@talqo.dk if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must not share your account credentials with others. Each user requires their own account.
You agree to use Talqo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:
- Submit transcripts of conversations without the knowledge and consent of the participants where required by law
- Use the platform to process personal data in a way that violates applicable data protection laws including GDPR
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or replicate the platform, its methodology, or scoring framework
- Use the platform to process content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data or to Talqo's infrastructure
- Use automated tools to access the platform in a way that places excessive load on our systems
You own your data. Call transcripts you submit and the structured output generated from them are your data. Talqo does not claim any ownership over the content you submit or the output generated from it.
You grant Talqo a limited licence to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service to you.
Transcripts are discarded after processing (queued items auto-purged within 30 days). Structured output is retained in your account until you delete it or your account is closed. You can export all your data at any time from within the platform.
For full details on how we handle your data, see our Privacy Policy.
Talqo, including its platform, scoring methodology, coaching framework, prompting architecture, branding, and all associated intellectual property, belongs to Chad Kalik / Talqo. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform during your subscription or pilot period.
Subscription and pilot fees are set out in your agreement with Talqo. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to suspend access for accounts with outstanding invoices after 30 days.
All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable. Danish customers will be charged 25% moms in accordance with Danish tax law.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The platform is provided as-is for evaluation and commercial use. We will endeavour to notify you of planned maintenance in advance.
During the pilot and early commercial phase, response times for support requests are on a reasonable efforts basis. We aim to respond to all support requests within one business day.
To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law, Talqo's total liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Talqo is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. The platform is a decision support tool — you remain responsible for all commercial decisions made using its output.
Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms of your pilot or subscription agreement. On termination, your access to the platform will be disabled and your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You may request a full export of your data before termination by contacting hello@talqo.dk.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by Danish law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
